The bed was good. The bathroom was excellent. The room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. The hotel is located within a short walk to the main square. It is also within a short walking distance from the old town and Centro. The hotel is conveniently close to tourist attractions.

The location is good and covinient for go around, only one block from main avenue. The triple room is very big and beds are comfortable.
Our room is very noisy coz window is next to the street, this hotel is very old and the wifi is not good. The facilities are out of time, especially the water heater, after one person take shower, the other one need to wait for half an hour for hot water.

Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They spoke English, though not very fluently (similar to me). The room was reasonably clean. The breakfast was continental, not very special, but I was satisfied with it (bread was good).
A bit noisy. I must heard music were playing somewhere (TV??) at midnight; but might be very specific to me because my collegue staying this hotel did not experience that. I was disappointed finding that no coffee server was in the room, but I should have noticed at the web page on making reservation.

Hotel surroundings are not very pleasant, there is two "adult" stores side-to-side with the hotel, as well as professional womans in the street. These work after 9pm or 10pm, so if you arrive at the hotel before that, it's not so inconvenient. Parking offered is 2 quarters long.

Setting was great and awesome, I did not want to leave there.
The hotel was straightforward thanks to its kind staff. The rooms were nice with free Wi-Fi. Location: the property was close to the plaza independencia and the shopping street, old town squares and nice harbour buildings. I was surprised at nearby Cafeteria Allegro, they had some goodies, drinks.
